Who Is Hunter?
thanks for stopping by my website.
i've been all over the place the last couple years creating videos, taking photos, running marathons and really doing what i can do to keep chasing visions in my head.
i graduated from the univeristy of arizona may 2019 with a bachlors in something - idk the words, but with a marketing degree from eller college of management.
i really enjoyed my time at the uofa and the business school had teachers that actually sparked my curiosity with the world, big companies, & marketing.
weird luck to be last class pre-covid world.
everything changed come 2020 with the world and college.
aftering graduating i backpacked SE asia with my cameras & really enjoyed the experience.
the most memoramble moment was living on a boat for 4 days crossing the ring of fire.
won't ever forget those 4 days, seeing a live volcano erupt, and overall understanding how another country works; in unity.
after my trip, i took a job with the NFL as content producer.
making videos for the top pro athlete's Instagram pages was a thrill, but it really fed a dopamine hit.
i need free creativty, corporate had a feeling where creativty goes to die.
i will never forget the team i worked with, the 100th season was something special.
truly the craziest 9 months of my creative & professional life.
went from backpacking into an office where i was able to create videos getting millions of views.
mentally, it was a great change of pace & allowed me to see how a company as big as the NFL operates their social media channels.
our team was awarded a sports emmy for the Outstanding Trans-Media Sports Coverage - NFL 100 Greatest & All-Time Team.
i will never foget pro-bowl, actually was janaury 2020 right before covid happened.
we were in florida at the ESPN center, i was standing next to Lamar Jackson & he was mid bet with another player to hit the cross bar from 50-yards out.
took a video and sure enough he rips the cross bar.
video went mad viral.
was the first taste of virality.
also was luck of the momemnt right place right time.
thats how it goes.
10 days after my last day at the nfl.
a video of the venice skatepark goes viral.
trump retweeted it & i was mindblown.
actually the most insaen 7 days of my life felt like i was on a never ending high.
every morning i work up to licensing emails, new shares, tv, it went global.
people messaged me from all over.
i sent prints to germany, china, mexico, argentina, and all around the US.
was a moment creating i will never forget.
started this video thing at 10 years old & have been flying drones since i was 15.
connected all the dots on that one.
since last year, i've really done a vaeriety of differnt projects mostly with people who have reached out.
its been great to connect with people on twitter who extended opportunities around various different industries.
i've been enjoying the ability to create on my own schedule.
i moved to san diego januray 1st and have been trying to figure out how to keep the momentum going.
its no los angeles pace of life.
its a lot more full of life though.
i am currently open to working with brands & indivuals to created more scripted content.
commericals, ads, storys.
i write a bunch of different mini film ideas and look forward to working with & directing content that drives engagement to specific audiences.
i enjoy hearing businesses social marketing issues & coming up with ideas on how to improce or fix the issues.
the greatest strategy the NFL taught me, you can never have enough content being published.
no matter the company, theres a way to engage while attracting people into your brand authentically.
i look forward to creating around ideas thats grab emotions.
that is the single most important factor to everything published.
how does it make the viewer feel?
